The website at
http://www.policiacivil.ba.gov.br/pcba_simbolos.html reports that the flag
is 2:3 (90 x 135 cm), i.e., not matching the ratio of the national flag (my
comment), and that it is to be hoisted in Police facilities in a separate pole
along the national and State flags - everyday during working hours, on national
or State feast or mourning days, and on Police feast or mourning days. It says
further that the flag should follow the specifications (requisitos) given
by the decree that created it, which is Decreto n.º 27.904 of 1981.04.11
(which also created the 96:142 banner), but no actual description is given.
