A depiction of the flag sent by Dov. I assume the proportions; 3:5 is the best match
to the
image on the site.
I'm not so sure of the kind of building that is represented in the shield. That's the best
sharpening
of the blurred image I could do.
The small lettering is incomprehensible, so I pasted it directly onto the scroll as it
appears in the
municipal site. There's no description of the
shield or the motto in the webpage.
