A white flag with two parallel green diagonal stripes extending top to bottom across the flag from near the upper hoist to the lower centre, and between these stripes 11 horizontal yellow bars, and a large blue star, and three small blue stars in a diagonal line in the bottom of the flag fly-ward of the green stripes.

The flag was adopted in a public contest organized by the "Associação de
Amigos de Vicentina" (Vicentina Friends' Association); the winning design,
credited to alumnus Valdir Caetano, was selected by members of the "Comissão de
Ordem Social da Gestão" (Social Order and Management Committee), 1989/1990.
