General Bunkering Services (GBS) is an inland bunkering firm founded in Antwerp in 1998 by Mr E. Vermeylen through a takeover of another firm and four vessels. GBS now operates seven tankers, most of them double-hulled and named after composers. Furthermore the company is active in mineral oil freighting and has recently expanded into container transportation by road.
