There are in Belgium five main mutual benefit organizations (mutuelles), the biggest of them being Mutualité Chrétienne, with 4.5 million members (out of 10 million Belgians).

The flag of Mutualité Chrétienne is with with the logotype of the organization. The logotype is a green letter m for mutualité with an horizontal bar in the second descender of the "m", therefore making a cross.
