On the cover of Världens huvudstäder [s9e36], available online at imgur.com/a/LazhS8s, the 7th flag of the top row on the front cover of [s9e36] shows the
national flag of Belgium in 3:5 ratio — and this source, as said, shows
different ratios for each flag, not all shoehorned to the same ratio.
This variation is not at all unique to this source, I’m sure, likely
influenced by nearby flags: Germany’s official ratio, yes, and also
other horizontal tribands with their own different official ratios but
easy to be misdrawn in a 3×5 grid. It is not, however, one of the
several possibilities listed.
