Port Hacking Open Sailing Club (PHOSC), founded in 1954, is based at Yowie Bay, some 20 km south of Sydney.
The burgee of PHOSC is light blue, quartered by a white cross, with the blue letters "P", "H", "S" and "C" in the respective cantons and "O" in the middle of the cross.
