Keppel Sands Town is a resort place within Livingstone Shire Council.
Nowadays it has about 360 permanent population.
I found a newspaper
cut-off from 1959 with short text and black & white photo of the town flag. I
provide here un-resized image so
everybody can read it and see it.
The flag has a white ship above a line of white waves set in a pale blue
background with the township's name in gold beside the ship.
