Described in a tourist brochure as: "A lion striding to the right, crowned with a trident, probably golden, on a blue field." Arms adoption date unknown, but it has been depicted on a document granting it "market town" status in 1991. Banner adoption date also unknown; it uses the colors: blue and orange.
