The flag as shown by La Marina Mercante Argentina (1961) is white with a narrow light blue border with an "N" of the same shade [see image]. US Navy 1961 varies by having a square flag whilst Brown 1978 shows a rectangle with a broader border but a very narrow but widespread "N".
