Flota Fluvial del Estado Argentino. Later shown as Empresa Flota
Fluvial del Estado Argentino though the abbreviation EFFDEA appears to
have operated from the start. Formed in 1958 it began as general
managers for Flota Argentina de Navegación Fluvial and Administración
General del Transporte Fluvial. A Government company it now operates
as a tug company.

The flag is blue with a white oval bearing the black
letters "EFFDEA" [see image] rounded in the shape of the oval, from the book La Marina Mercante Argentina (1961).
