The book La Marina Mercante Argentina (1961) shows a blue flag with a white cross bearing a blue star at the fesse point [see image].
After the end of WW2 the attractions of Argentinian registration faded and by 1967 the last vessel was gone. Strangely enough two other sources show different funnel markings for ships of the two operating companies.
