"Club Náutico y de Pesca Brown" (CNPB) was founded in Esquina,
Province of Corrientes, on 9 August 1964 as the merger of "Club
Náutico de Remeros Brown", founded on 28 November 1918 by Pr. Amílcar
Codazzi Méndez and reestablished in 1936, and "Club de Pesca Esquina".

The flag of CNPB, as shown graphically on the club website, is square,
quartered white-blue with the letters "C" (black), "N" (white),
"P" (black) and "B" (white) in the respective quarters.
