Astramar Compañia Argentina de Navegación S.A. was registered in 1915 as
Astra Compañia Argentina de Petroleo S.A. It appears to have become
a shipowner in 1920 going by Lloyds and changed its name in 1963 and
is still operating.

The flag shown by the book La Marina Mercante Argentina (1961) is light blue with a white horizontal band and slightly overall
this is a red "A" [see image].
