Action S.A. A tanker company formed Buenos Aires in 1960 with the vessel "Petrosur" and it possibly had a very short existence as I have not found mention of it elsewhere.

The flag in the book La Marina Mercante Argentina (1961) shows a vertical triband pennant of blue-white-blue with a blue "a" on the white band [see image].
