At https://www.martuni.am/Pages/Home/newsdetails.aspx?nID=1351 it is revealed that the municipality of Martuni held a contest which concluded on September 1 for a flag and coat of arms. The rules oddly stipulate that for both, a drawing and description must be sent in a closed envelope with a four digit code, and soon after the number is announced. The prize for first place is 100,000 AMD.
I am unaware of what has happened after the competition concluded, such as
any details of the new flag, etc.
