The Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) was founded in 1995 and gained
International Cricket Council recognition in 2001 and full membership in 2017.
The flag of the ACB now is a UN-blue flag with their logo in the center (https://twitter.com/ACBofficials/status/1326579725519745024).
In a July 2019 photo at
https://ariananews.af/acb-suspends-3-officials-after-afghanistan-finished-with-zero-points/,
the logo was placed on a white background. The logo can be seen at
https://cdn.cricket.af/logo-md.png.
