Arusha is located in the north-eastern Tanzania and hosts the headquarters of the East African Community. It is located below Mount Meru on the eastern edge of the eastern branch of the Great Rift Valley.
The flag of Arusha has a white background, bordered on all sides with narrow
blue and green stripes. In the centre of the flag is the municipal logo
which depicts a clock tower and the city name above and motto below.
