A white flag, edged in red, with a red ring in the center bearing three
tobacco(?) leaves.
According to the City of Bloomfield web site www.bardstown.com/~bfield/ (accessed Nov. 8, 2001) the flag was developed in 1998 as an Eagle Scout project by Troop 136. The flag was designed by Alex Martin III.
