Description of the flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Nakhon Sawan province is blue with the provincial seal in the center. The provincial flag can be seen on the page about Nakhon Sawan symbols at http://www.chaiwbi.com/0drem/web_children/2551/c515402/project/p5410/101.html
