The flag of Minamikyushu is white with symbol. The city was formed on 2007 by merger of the towns of Ei, Chiran and Kawanabe.

The city emblem was adopted on Dec 1st 2007 by Notice No 1 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, a green and an orange three color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is stylized hiragana み Mi and kanji 九 Kyu of MinamiKyushu. The blue color stands for the fresh streams, the sea of abandunce, the green color for a rich nature, the orange color for a fertile earth and a vigor. The curved lines symbolize an imaginative power, a vigor and the town of a pure relaxation. As a whole, it represents the town in a harmony with nauture.

I am pretty sure that is it white - as a matter of fact, some of sources sent along with the message about that flag also seem to show a white flag.
