The city emblem was adopted on Jan 15th 2005 by Notice No 4 but there is no flag law. The white flag has a blue, a green and an orange three color city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized U of Uki. The blue color stands for the bright culture, the green color for beautiful nature and the orange color for the people who lives richly. It represents an image of the culture, nature and the people which become one to open to the future.
