The flag and arms of Rubí de Bracamonte are prescribed by a Decree adopted on 9 November 2009 by the Municipal Council, signed on 16 December 2009 by the Mayor, and published on 29 December 2009 in the official gazette of Castile and Leon, No. 249, p. 35,966. There is no detail on the design process - except the "respect of the laws and rules of vexillology" [sic] - of the symbols, which are described as follows:
Municipal flag: Squared flag, in proportions 1:1, of crimson red color, in the middle the colored municipal coat of arms.Coat of arms: Spanish-shaped shield, gules a five-creneled tower or masoned sable and port and windows azure, surmounted by a pomegranate or with a Royal crown open with five visible florets, in chief the arms of the Bracamonte lineage: argent a chevron sable, a bordure azure thirteen bezants argent. The shield surmounted with the Royal Spanish crown.
