St. Úrsula's flag is white, with four red rectangular bars forming an incomplete saltire, neither touching the flag's corners nor the coat of arms (with golden mantling) in the centre of the flag. I spotted this flag on 30 January in the Military Museum in Sta. Cruz d. T.

St. Úrsula stands on a grey stone between two palm trees, holding a branch of palm in her left arm and a white flag with a red cross in her right arm. All is in a light blue (FIAV-code B-) field. The shield is topped by a coronet. The palm trees are typical plants of Tenerife island. The coat of arms was established by decree 399/1962 on 15 February 1962, published in BOE on 23rd February 1962.
