Is the eagle rotated on the flags only? In that
case the blazon should omit "fesswise" (if it is correct blazoning
anyway) since a blazon is for the coat of arms and not a flag, I guess.
This flag is not a "simple" banner of arms as it is case of most other
Swiss communes, districts, and cantons.

No, the eagle is also rotated on the coat of arms and I have kept the
rotation for the flag.
